Role Summary

The Sales Executive – Data‑CentreM&E Solutions will support the Singapore and regional sales effort. The successful candidate will assist senior managers in building the pipeline, conduct market research, engage with potential customers, and develop foundational sales skills under close mentorship. This is a full‑time, entry‑to‑mid‑level position reporting to the Sales Manager.

Objectives of this role
  • Support the creation and execution of sales plans that align with DCL’s growth targets.
  • Generate, qualify and nurture leads to build a healthy sales pipeline.
  • Develop a working knowledge of our MDC, UPS and DCIM offerings.
  • Build initial relationships with key stakeholders (e.g., facilities managers, IT leads).
  • Contribute to market intelligence gathering and competitor analysis.
  • Achieve individual sales activity targets and contribute to team revenue goals.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology or related field.
  • 0‑2 years of work experience (internships, graduate trainee programs, or any relevant role).
  • Excellent written and English; ability to present ideas clearly to technical and non‑technical audiences.
  • Strong curiosity for data‑centre, power‑management and software solutions; willingness to undergo structured training.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, maintain accurate CRM records and meet activity targets.
  • Basic understanding of IT infrastructure, networking or cloud concepts is a plus but not mandatory.
