Qualifications

• Minimum 4+ years in IT Risk including ITDR/Business Continuity and Resiliency in a regulated financial environment.
• Certifications such as ITIL, CISSP and CRISC are an added advantage.
• Knowledge of MAS TRM Guidelines and Cyber Hygiene practices in Singapore.
• Strong written and verbal communication with high attention to detail and investigative skills.
• Ability to manage stakeholders and work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Support the implementation and operation of the IT risk management framework, policies, processes, and procedures.
• Assist in the identification, prioritization, assessment, monitoring and reporting of key IT risks.
• Conduct risk and controls self-assessment (RCSA), operational loss event reporting, assess risk control adequacy and effectiveness.
• Monitor and report risk tolerances and key risk indicators (KRIs).
• Support incident risk management and IT risk-related projects and initiatives.
• Assist in conduct of risk committee meetings, risk awareness training and staff workshops.
• Maintain trusted relationships with stakeholders to promote risk awareness and resiliency.
