Job description

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain technology risk management and governance frameworks.
• Identify, assess, and monitor technology risks across the organization.
• Collaborate with IT, security, and business teams to ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
• Conduct risk assessments, audits, and control testing related to technology systems and processes.
• Support the development and enforcement of IT policies, standards, and procedures.
• Facilitate risk awareness and training programs for stakeholders.
• Prepare and present risk reports and governance updates to senior management and audit committees.
• Stay current with emerging technology risks, regulatory changes, and industry best practices.
• Coordinate with external auditors and regulatory bodies as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Risk Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience in technology risk management, IT governance, or related roles.
• Strong knowledge of risk management frameworks (e.g., COBIT, NIST, ISO 27001) and regulatory requirements.
• Experience conducting risk assessments, audits, and compliance reviews.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively across teams and manage multiple priorities.
• Relevant certifications such as CRISC, CISA, CISSP, or CGEIT are a plus.
