- Develop, implement, and maintain technology risk management and governance frameworks.
- Identify, assess, and monitor technology risks across the organization.
- Collaborate with IT, security, and business teams to ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
- Conduct risk assessments, audits, and control testing related to technology systems and processes.
- Support the development and enforcement of IT policies, standards, and procedures.
- Facilitate risk awareness and training programs for stakeholders.
- Prepare and present risk reports and governance updates to senior management and audit committees.
- Stay current with emerging technology risks, regulatory changes, and industry best practices.
- Coordinate with external auditors and regulatory bodies as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Risk Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in technology risk management, IT governance, or related roles.
- Strong knowledge of risk management frameworks (e.g., COBIT, NIST, ISO 27001) and regulatory requirements.
- Experience conducting risk assessments, audits, and compliance reviews.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively across teams and manage multiple priorities.
- Relevant certifications such as CRISC, CISA, CISSP, or CGEIT are a plus.
