Salary: Up to $5,000 Basic Salary (Depends on Qualification & Relevant Work Experience)

Duration of Work: 6 Months Contract, Convertible to Permanent

Work Day: Mondays to Fridays

Work Hours: Office Hours

Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough candidate research, proactively build pipelines, maintain accurate data records, and ensure strong candidate engagement.
  • Leverage all available tools, including job boards, search engines, professional networks, social media, and internal referrals, to source talent across all levels, skills, and experience.
  • Evaluate candidate qualifications against role-specific criteria to determine suitability.
  • Conduct phone interviews to assess experience, capabilities, and overall fit.
  • Prepare candidates for interview and provide guidance for future opportunities.
  • Coordinate and manage interview schedules or batch interview processes as required.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Technology Recruiter, with confidence in managing high-volume recruitment campaigns.
