Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated IT Recruiter to join our team.

The IT Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and recruiting top IT talent for our organization. The ideal candidate will have a passion for recruitment, a desire to learn and grow, and a strong understanding of IT roles and technologies.

Responsibilities
  • Source and recruit top IT talent using various recruitment channels such as job boards, social media, and employee referrals.
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial phone screens to assess candidate fit for open positions.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future job openings.
  • Assist with scheduling interviews and coordinating interview logistics.
  • Collaborate with client account managers to understand position requirements and ensure a smooth recruitment process.
  • Utilize applicant tracking systems to maintain candidate data and update recruitment metrics.
  • Participate in recruitment events such as job fairs and campus recruiting to build our employer brand.
Qualifications
  • 1-2 years of experience in IT recruitment or a related field.
