Overview

We are seeking an experienced IT Project Officer to oversee and support IT projects from initiation to closure, ensuring alignment with our client’s project objectives and compliance standards.

Responsibilities

• Manage IT projects as contract manager, ensuring timely and quality delivery.
• Engage with contractors, third-party vendors, and business users to meet project and system requirements.
• Coordinate and communicate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Review monthly maintenance reports and track system performance.
• Monitor and ensure systems comply with cybersecurity and audit requirements.
• Provide regular project updates and reports to PUB’s reporting officer.
• Facilitate project meetings and maintain effective stakeholder communication.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of IT project management experience.
• Strong leadership, coordination, and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with IM8 policy and Singapore Government IT project frameworks.
• Experience in managing Cloud-related projects.
