Project Management & Governance
- Lead and oversee system maintenance operations
- Ensure compliance with security policies and technical requirements
- Manage maintenance schedules and resource planning
- Monitor and report project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders
Vendor Management
- Manage vendor performance and SLA compliance
- Oversee procurement activities for maintenance and enhancement works
- Coordinate with vendors on issue resolution and system improvements
- Review and approve vendor deliverables and documentation
Operations Management
- Oversee system health monitoring and maintenance activities
- Coordinate scheduled downtime and system updates
- Ensure effective incident and problem management processes
- Supervise configuration and release management
- Monitor system performance and capacity optimization
Stakeholder Management
- Act as key liaison between technical/infra teams, vendors, and business users
- Manage stakeholder expectations and communication
- Coordinate user support and technical guidance
- Present maintenance and performance reports to management
Qualifications
Tertiary qualifications in Computer Science, Information Systems, Information /Infocomm Technology Computer or related discipline
Skills and Experience
- Min. 2 years’ experience in the following preferred:
- Experience in IT project management, preferably in system maintenance
- Track record in vendor management and stakeholder coordination
- Experience in government digital systems would be an advantage
- Understanding of system architecture and infrastructure
- Understanding of change management and release procedures
- Competency in risk and issue management
- Ability to track and report project progress
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
