Responsibilities

• Oversee the execution of IT initiatives, ensuring they are strategically aligned with business objectives.
• Establish and maintain clear project goals, guiding stakeholder engagement to ensure alignment and successful outcomes.
• Track and control scope variations, escalating significant impacts on timelines or budgets to governance bodies as needed.
• Spearhead procurement exercises such as RFI, ITQ, and ITT, encompassing the development of technical and functional requirements, vendor assessment, contract discussions, and securing necessary approvals for award.
• Evaluate and select appropriate solutions through thorough analysis, procurement processes, and gap assessments, ensuring alignment with operational needs.
• Utilize recognized project management frameworks to organize, implement, and monitor project progress.
• Maintain high standards of delivery by ensuring projects are completed within agreed parameters of time, cost, and scope.
• Facilitate collaboration between internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth implementation.
• Provide consistent updates and insights to steering committees and working groups to support informed decision-making.
• Proactively identify potential risks and issues, implementing mitigation strategies and escalating when necessary.
• Ensure all project activities conform to internal IT governance and external compliance requirements.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Certification in IT Project Management (e.g., CITPM, PMP).
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in IT project management, preferably in digital services or healthcare domains.
• Certifications in ITIL and project management methodologies are advantageous.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with solid functional and technical knowledge.
• Self-motivated, resourceful, and capable of delivering projects within defined parameters.
• Experience with systems such as Integrated Electronic Medical Records, Automated Rostering and Scheduling, Microsoft Dynamics 365, web technologies, infrastructure, and cybersecurity is a plus.
• Strong technical expertise in IT infrastructure, business applications, and security frameworks.
• Proven track record in managing cross-functional projects and successful project delivery.
• Experience in vendor management and project execution.
