What you do

• Coach and mentor teams on Agile values and principles
• Facilitate productive Scrum events, including Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Backlog Refinement, Sprint Reviews and Retrospectives
• Support Product Owners to manage the backlog and maximise value for the team
• Remove blockers and impede work progress
• Collaborate with other Scrum Masters and stakeholders to improve and support the scaling of Agility within the bank
• Foster a safe and trusting team environment

Who you work with

Group Operations & Technology co‑creates products and solutions, building the underlying technology applications and services, and managing the Group's IT operations & cyber defence. You will be working with Technology and Business stakeholders, particularly in Consumer Banking digital channels.

Who you are

• At least 10years of hands‑on experience as a Project Manager, preferably in the FI sector
• Deep knowledge and understanding of Scrum/ Agile values and principles
• Good knowledge in end‑to‑end business process in Consumer/ Corporate Banking's Channels
• Strong team coach and mentor
• Strong team player in the wider Agile community
• Effective listener and communicator
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Experienced and strong ability in managing stakeholder expectations
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
