Job description

Scope

• You will be responsible for the overall success of a project by ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, meet business requirements and comply with IT governance framework, including security and resilience.
• You will work in a project team, in collaboration with users.
• Manage assigned projects and ensure that they meet the objectives, timeline and budget
• Support the project team in their procurement of products and services, including preparing and documenting requirements, seek the relevant procurement approvals, evaluation and award of contract
• Track project performance and develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track status
• Report and escalat project risks or issues to stakeholders

Experiences and Skills

• Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Information Systems, Information/Infocomm Technology, Computer or Electronics Engineering or related discipline
• Minimum 4 - 5 years of Project Management experience
• Participated in full software or product development cycles, preferably using Agile Methodology with past development experience
• Strong analytical, conceptualisation and problem solving skills
• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, with the ability to pitch ideas and influence stakeholders
• Project Management (Agile) experience
• Project Management related certification such as CITPM, COMIT or PMI
