Job summary

A global engineering leader in Singapore is seeking a candidate to manage Desktop Infra services. Responsibilities include overseeing vendor services, supervising the Priority Support team, and handling complex issues. Responsibilities

  • Support Desktop Infra team in overseeing services provided by the outsourced SD/DE vendor.
  • Oversight of WOG operations and work streams.
  • Supervision of the Priority Support team.
  • Act as a point of contact for escalations and complex issues.
  • Central Administration of Adobe Licensing and SD/DE report generation.
  • Review of Faulty Hardware Service Requests, Portable Storage Media loan, and asset management.
  • Tech Bar operations in support of the PC bulk tender.
  • PSM enforcement activities.
  • Assist in the implementation of the Smart Locker.
  • Assist in the implementation of DEX and ServiceNow-DEX integration.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Support Desktop Infra team in overseeing services provided by the outsourced SD/DE vendor and ensuring SLA compliance.
  • Oversight of WOG operations and work streams.
  • Supervision of the Priority Support team.
  • Act as a point of contact for escalations and complex issues.
  • Central Administration of Adobe Licensing and SD/DE report generation.
  • Review of Faulty Hardware Service Requests (SR), Portable Storage Media(PSM) loan, and asset management.
  • Tech Bar operations (in support of the PC bulk tender and subsequent One Device rollout).
  • PSM enforcement activities.
  • Assist in the implementation of the Smart Locker.
  • Assist in the implementation of DEX and ServiceNow-DEX integration.
MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE:

Candiadte must have at least 2 years of experince in managing team.
