A leading logistics company in Singapore is looking for a Liaison to serve as the main point of contact between operations and stakeholders. You will assist in system implementations, manage UAT processes, and ensure effective communication. Ideal candidates will have a degree in IT or Project Management and strong project management skills. This role is vital for maintaining effective operations in a fast-paced environment.
Liaison Role: Act as the main point of contact between DHL Operations and various stakeholders to address and resolve existing system backlogs and ongoing technical issues related to telephony and CRM.
