Role Summary

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Project Manager to lead critical workstreams within our organization’s group-wide SAP Transformation and Implementation program. This role requires a hands‑on project management professional who can drive cross‑functional teams, ensure delivery to scope, schedule, and budget, and effectively manage risks and stakeholder expectations across a complex ERP environment.

Key Responsibilities
Project Planning & Execution
  • Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of assigned SAP project workstreams, sub‑projects and functions (e.g., Finance, Supply Chain, HR, Technical Integration).
  • Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, milestones ensuring on time, on budget, and in scope deliverables across project workstreams.
  • Coordinate activities across work streams, business units, technical teams, systems integrators, and third‑party vendors.
  • Identify/ facilitates conflict resolution early and clears roadblocks to restart stalled deliverables, ensuring issues are closed in a timely manner.
Stakeholder Management
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders, facilitating communication between business and technical teams.
  • Keeps project stakeholders involved and informed by seeking input, highlighting risks and mitigation strategies, and delivering accurate and timely updates.
  • Engage with senior leadership to provide regular updates, elevate issues, and ensure alignment with strategic goals.
Governance & Reporting
  • Ensure adherence to project governance, standards, and methodologies as defined by the PMO.
  • Prepare and present high‑quality status reports, risk logs, and decision documentation to Steering Committees and Program Boards.
Risk, Issue & Change Management
  • Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues.
  • Manage scope changes through formal change control processes and maintain traceability of requirements.
  • Conduct post‑implementation evaluations and present lessons learned to leadership so that learnings can be re‑applied.
Team Leadership & Coordination
  • Manage cross‑functional project teams, ensuring accountability, engagement, and high performance.
  • Facilitate workshops, design sessions, and stakeholder interviews as needed.
Budget & Resource Management
  • Track project budgets, forecasts, and actuals in collaboration with Finance.
  • Manage resource allocation, onboarding, and performance tracking of internal and external project contributors.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 3 to 6 years of project management experience. Experience in large‑scale ERP or SAP implementation projects would be an advantage.
  • Strong working knowledge of project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Smartsheet, JIRA, SAP Solution Manager).
  • Good understanding of sales, procurement and/or finance end‑to‑end processes.
  • Ability to simplify complex information and processes into clear, concise points that enable effective decisions and actions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
