Our esteemed client in the IT industry is seeking a Project Manager to join their dynamic team:

• Employment Type: 1-year renewable contract
• Position: Project Manager
• Location: Central (Nearest MRT: City Hall)
• Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5.30pm
• Salary Package: Up to $9,000 + Bonus + Medical Benefits

Job Responsibilities

• Manage the full project lifecycle, ensuring delivery within defined scope, schedule, and budget.
• Create comprehensive project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies.
• Monitor project budgets, track expenditures, and prepare financial reports.
• Prepare, review, and submit official documentation, reports, and presentations for government agency reviews.
• Facilitate stakeholder meetings to gather requirements and ensure cross-team alignment.
• Proactively identify project risks, issues, and dependencies; develop and execute mitigation plans.
• Manage procurement activities and vendor relationships as required.
• Ensure all project activities comply with internal organizational policies and external government regulations.
• Provide consistent and clear project updates and dashboards to senior management.
• Champion continuous improvement in project management methodologies and practices.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Project Management, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field. PMP, CITPM, PRINCE2, or equivalent certifications are highly preferred.
• At least 4 years of project management experience, preferably within a Government or enterprise environment.
• Proven experience in project budgeting, cost tracking, and financial management.
• Familiarity with Singapore Government submission processes and compliance standards.
• Experience in drafting professional reports and formal government submissions.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software (e.g., MS Project, Jira).
• Experience in evaluating and integrating new technologies (e.g., AI, automation) to enhance project delivery.
• Experience with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid project methodologies.
