About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager to oversee and manageprojects. The successful candidate will lead cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions that meet scope, budget, and timeline commitments, while maintaining strong customer relationships and ensuring operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Project Delivery. Plan, manage, and deliver projects of quality standards.
• Client Relationship Management. Serve as the main point of contact for clients, fostering trust, transparency, and satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
• Planning & Execution. Define project objectives, develop work plans, track milestones, and manage budgets, timelines, and risks.
• Resource Coordination. Coordinate with internal technical teams, partners, and subcontractors to ensure smooth execution and efficient resource utilization.
• Risk & Issue Management. Identify potential risks early and implement proactive mitigation strategies.
• Reporting. Provide accurate and timely progress updates to clients and management, including project dashboards and post-project evaluations.
• Quality & Compliance. Ensure adherence to the deployment methodology and compliance with organizational and customer standards.
• Continuous Improvement. Drive lessons learned and contribute to improving internal project management frameworks and delivery processes.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of project management experience, including at least the last 3 years in outsourcing management (managing projects outsourced to the company).
• Must be based in Singapore.
• Strong planning, organizational, and leadership capabilities.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively at all organizational levels.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written).
• Conversant with the deployment methodology used by the organization.
• Knowledge of IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, networking, and mobile connectivity.
• Mandatory certifications Singapore Computer Society CITPM and COMIT, OR PMP (Project Management Professional) certification.

Preferred Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Experience in client-facing project delivery and vendor coordination.
• Exposure to contract management, SLA governance, and budget tracking.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and in teams under tight deadlines.
