Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and strategic IT PMO Manager to lead our Project Management Office. The ideal candidate will oversee the governance, standards, and execution of IT projects to ensure alignment with business goals, timely delivery, and efficient resource utilization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and maintain IT project management standards, methodologies, and best practices.
  • Oversee the planning, execution, and monitoring of IT projects across the organization.
  • Coordinate project prioritization, resource allocation, and risk management.
  • Develop and maintain project dashboards, status reports, and performance metrics for senior leadership.
  • Facilitate communication and collaboration among project teams, stakeholders, and vendors.
  • Conduct project audits and ensure compliance with organizational policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Provide training and support to project managers and team members on PMO processes and tools.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the PMO to enhance project delivery and outcomes.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Proven experience in IT project management and PMO leadership roles.
  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies such as PMP, Agile, Scrum, or PRINCE2.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Asana, or similar).
  • Relevant certifications such as PMP, PMI-ACP, or Scrum Master are highly desirable.
