Job summary

A leading software provider in Singapore is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee project implementation and documentation. The ideal candidate has 2-3 years of project management experience, including at least two complete SDLC cycles, and is skilled in customer and vendor management. This role involves developing project standards and proactivity in communicating project statuses. A strong background in healthcare-related projects is a plus.

Qualifications

• Min 2-3 years of experience in Project Management.
• Experience in running at least 2 complete SDLC end to end, as PM.
• Ability to work independently on multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Project implementation using the PMI Project Management Processes
• Business requirements gathering & documentation
• Manage customer meeting for business discussions
• Develop project standards & process
• Proactively communicate project status, issues & risks to management
• Project plan preparation and updates
• Liaising with customers and development team
• Are required to apply information security in accordance with the established policies and procedures of the organization

Qualifications

• Min 2-3 years of experience in Project Management
• Must have run at least 2 complete SDLC end to end, as PM
• Must have experience in customer and vendor management
• Good to have relevant experience in implementing projects related Hospital & ERP Solutions.
• Knowledge in preparing RFP, Preparation and evaluation of proposals.
• Able to work independently on multiple projects.
• Ability to talk / present project progress to Senior Management.
