Job summary

Hudson Singapore is seeking an IT Project Analyst (Oracle ERP) to support and enhance critical enterprise application processes within a manufacturing environment. The role focuses on analyzing business requirements, troubleshooting Oracle E-Business Suite and/or Fusion issues, improving process efficiency, and delivering practical enhancements based on standard enterprise capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent.
• 5–8 years of experience in high-tech manufacturing environments.
• Experience with Oracle E-Business Suite and/or Oracle Fusion including functionality, database schema, architecture, development, setup and configuration.
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycles and methodologies.
• Experience with Scrum/Agile methodology.
• Ability to analyze business processes, troubleshoot app issues, and propose enhancements or solutions.
• Strong documentation across specs, design, tests, logs, and updates.
• Strong stakeholder engagement including workshops, training, and UAT support.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements and translate into practical Oracle ERP improvements.
• Troubleshoot Oracle E-Business Suite and Fusion issues within SLA.
• Design solutions and support testing and training.
• Engage with users and IT stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver enhancements.
• Ensure compliance with IT governance controls and SOX requirements.

They are now looking for an IT Project Analyst (Oracle ERP) to support and enhance critical enterprise application processes within a manufacturing environment.

This role will focus on analyzing business requirements, troubleshooting Oracle E-Business Suite and / or Fusion application issues, improving process efficiency, and delivering practical business enhancements based on standard enterprise application capabilities.

The successful candidate will work closely with users, IT stakeholders, and management to gather requirements, design solutions, support testing and training, resolve issues within SLA, and ensure adherence to company policies, IT governance controls, and SOX requirements.

Requirement:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent.
• At least 5 to 8 years of experience in high-tech manufacturing environments.
• At least one full enterprise application implementation cycle exposure.
• Experience with Oracle E-Business Suite and / or Oracle Fusion, including functionality, database schema, architecture, development, setup, and configuration.
• Strong understanding of software development, lifecycles and methodologies.
• Experience with Scrum / Agile methodology.
• Ability to analyze business processes, troubleshoot application issues, and propose practical business enhancements or solutions.
• Strong documentation skills across user specifications, functional and technical design, test scripts, process documentation, issue logs, and management updates.
• Strong stakeholder engagement skills, including workshop facilitation, user training, and UAT support.
• Good understanding of IT operation support, SLA expectations, ITGC governance controls, and SOX requirements.
• Experience with Oracle modules such as Supply and Demand Planning, Bills of Materials, Cost Management, Engineering, Quality, and Manufacturing Execution will be desirable.
