Qualifications

• Experience in IT networks and implementation (Wintel, Unix, and Storage) projects.
• Business Process Outsourcing Management or Operations.

Job Responsibilities:

The project coordinator is responsible for tracking and monitoring of project progress with regards to timelines and project demands. The job holder is required to assist with the project scheduling and communications across the organisation as well as with the project management and team members.

• Coordinate schedules with various stakeholders and track the progress
• Coordinate timelines on all deliverables
• Track on team’s activities and provide weekly updates/reports
• Provide support efforts with various teams and management to arrange on implementation support, migration and post-migration activities
• Assist with the preparations of documentation required for the project implementation and migration activities
• Conduct meetings with various teams, stakeholders and external vendors for project progress, implementation progress, migration support and post-migration activities.
• Support day to day operations by triaging problems and routing them to the correct teams, or addressing with current protocol, and aid in documentation

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or business-related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience as project coordination in IT Security/Networking/Storage Projects.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills
