Job summary

A leading technology solutions provider in Singapore is seeking a Project Administrator to support project-related administrative tasks. The role involves coordinating project documentation, managing inventory records, and assisting with process improvements. Ideal candidates will have a degree in Business Administration and at least 3 years of relevant experience, with proficient skills in Excel and CRM tools.

Qualifications

  • At least 3 years relevant Project Administration experience, preferably in an Enterprise environment.
  • Strong in coordination, follow-up, and stakeholder communication.
  • Prior experience in project administration, PMO support, or operations coordination is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate access clearance submissions and compliance tracking with security teams.
  • Support Permit-to-Work (PTW) submissions and assist Project Engineers with goods verification.
  • Maintain accurate inventory and asset records using Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365).
