About the Role

We are seeking an experienced IT Product / Project Manager (Oracle / SAP) to support a major Singapore Government project. You will own the full product lifecycle — from stakeholder discovery and problem definition to release, adoption, and continuous improvement.

This role blends strategic product ownership, enterprise-platform knowledge (Oracle/SAP), and strong cross‑functional leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive business outcomes by taking a product from problem definition to release and continuous improvement.
• Conduct user and stakeholder interviews to understand needs and define problem statements.
• Craft proposals to justify resource allocations and secure funding.
• Define success metrics and build dashboards to monitor outcomes.
• Develop hypotheses, product strategy, and initiatives to achieve measurable goals.
• Create and maintain a product roadmap, ensuring timely milestones.
• Collaborate with designers and software engineers for product development, testing, and deployment.
• Measure performance and continuously iterate the product.
• Support users to drive adoption and collect actionable feedback.

Requirements & Skills

• Proven record of driving business outcomes through digital products.
• End‑to‑end experience working with design and engineering teams.
• Experience or understanding of Oracle / SAP enterprise platforms.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Ability to work independently under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Balsamiq is a plus.
• Degree/Diploma in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Product Management preferred.
• Certifications such as Scrum Master, Product Owner, or Business Analysis Professional are advantageous.
