About the Role

As part of the Suntory Beverage & Food Martech Team, you are expected to drive marketing success with your marketing domain knowledge and strong technical & data analytics skills. You will enable business partners to make decisions and establish metrics that monitor campaign performance, understand consumer behaviours and campaign optimisation. You will work closely with the marketing team to design, build, and develop scalable digital campaigns that drive effective marketing and sales activities across the APAC region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Execute and activate digital marketing campaigns across all digital channels to ensure deployment of marketing strategies.
  • Propose and design digital campaigns to acquire new consumers with relevant content, driving them down to the marketing funnel.
  • Coordinate campaign launch to ensure all timelines are met by working with all relevant parties internally and externally.
  • Operate martech tools including marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, CMS, and analytics software to ensure smooth functioning of marketing activities.
  • Lead small‑scale digital projects (e.g., campaign landing pages), collaborating with cross‑functional teams such as brand, regulatory, design, and development.
  • Manage day‑to‑day website operations including content updates, UI/UX improvements, and technical maintenance to ensure optimal performance and user experience.
  • Partner with SEO agencies to implement optimisation strategies, ensuring best practices are applied to boost visibility, traffic, and conversions.
  • Monitor website performance using GA4 and other tools, analyse KPIs (traffic, engagement, conversions) and leverage insights to drive continuous improvement.
  • Oversee end‑to‑end content creation process and align website messaging with regional campaigns, product launches, and customer insights.
  • Design and develop PowerBI dashboards to provide regular updates on campaign performance, identify opportunities for optimisation.
  • Collect and analyse data from multiple marketing platforms (Google Analytics, CRM systems, marketing automation tools) to track campaign performance and customer behaviour.
  • Support cross‑functional team in analysing trends and customer insights to guide decision‑making.
Who We’re Looking For
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computing, Business Analytics, Data Science, Marketing Technology, or a related field from a recognised institution.
  • 1–3 years of relevant experience in digital marketing, marketing technology (MarTech), or related data‑driven marketing roles.
  • Practical experience working with CRM platforms and marketing automation tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Adobe Experience Cloud).
  • Hands‑on experience in campaign management, from planning to execution and performance reporting.
  • Strong proficiency in data analysis and marketing performance measurement.
  • Familiarity with Business Intelligence tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
  • Experience in tracking and optimising digital marketing activities using analytics platforms and dashboards.
  • Exposure to cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform) and project management will be an advantage.
