Green Link Digital Bank PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks a Platform Engineer focused on DevSecOps to design, build, and maintain a hybrid cloud platform with GitOps‑driven CI/CD pipelines and secure, self‑service infrastructure for development teams.

Reporting to the Head of IT Security and Platform, you will integrate security into every stage of delivery, automate tools and environments, and empower engineers while ensuring high availability and regulatory compliance for banking systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT/CS or related field.
• 3+ years in platform engineering, DevSecOps, SRE, cloud, or infra.
• 1+ year hands-on DevSecOps incl. CI/CD automation & security.
• GitOps-based CI/CD workflows & tool upgrades.
• Docker & Kubernetes in production with config management & deployments.
• Observability tools like Prometheus, Grafana, and APMA tools.
• Cloud/container security certifications preferred.
• Experience with agentic engineering and LLM-based dev tools preferred.
• Strong communication and collaborative abilities.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain a hybrid cloud platform with a GitOps-driven CI/CD pipeline.

• Design and implement Site Reliability Engineering solutions for high availability.
• Use IaC tools to provision and manage infrastructure across on-prem and cloud.

• Build self-service capabilities for developers, including templates and documentation.
• Troubleshoot platform issues, optimize performance, and scale infrastructure.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of architectures, processes, and configurations.

About Us

Green Link Digital Bank is Singapore's inaugural wholesale digital bank focusing on supply chain finance, mainly serving MSMEs and aiming to help MSMEs grow and improve digitization.

We are looking for a Platform Engineer to join our lean IT team and drive our platform engineering initiatives with a strong emphasis on DevSecOps practices, GitOps-based CI/CD automation, and building secure, scalable, and self‑service infrastructure for our development teams.

About the Role

As a Platform Engineer with a DevSecOps focus, you will design, build, and maintain our hybrid cloud platform with a primary focus on GitOps‑driven CI/CD pipelines, embedding security into every stage of the software delivery lifecycle, and enabling developers to ship code faster and more safely. You'll work closely with developers, security teams, and operations in a small‑team environment where your contributions directly impact operational resilience and business growth.

This role reports to the Head of IT Security and Platform.

Responsibilities

• GitOps‑Based CI/CD Pipeline Design & Automation: Design, build, and maintain robust CI/CD pipelines using GitOps principles. Automate builds, testing, security scans, and deployments across hybrid cloud environments. Ensure pipelines are efficient, reliable, and self‑service for development teams.
• DevSecOps Integration: Embed security into the CI/CD pipeline by automating security scans (SAST, DAST, dependency/container scanning), compliance checks, and policy enforcement. Maintain and upgrade commercial and open source tools.
• SRE Solutioning: Design and implement Site Reliability Engineering solutions like observability, alerting, and auto‑recovery mechanisms to achieve high availability for critical banking systems.
• Infrastructure as Code (IaC) & Automation: Use IaC tools (e.g., Terraform, Ansible, Pulumi) to provision and manage infrastructure across on‑premises and cloud environments. Automate environment provisioning, configuration management, and scaling.
• Security & Compliance: Collaborate with the security team to enforce compliance with regulatory frameworks (e.g., MAS TRMG). Automate access controls, vulnerability management, and audit logging. Participate in regular threat modeling and security audits.
• Developer Experience & Self‑Service: Build self‑service capabilities for developers, such as automated environment provisioning, pipeline templates, and documentation. Apply design thinking to create intuitive platform solutions that reduce friction and improve developer productivity. Maintain and test AI coding assistant, automate AI agent, skills, MCP lifecycle management.
• Troubleshooting and Optimization: Proactively identify and resolve platform issues, optimize performance, and scale infrastructure to support business growth while minimizing operational toil, ensuring a seamless user experience.
• Documentation and Compliance: Maintain comprehensive documentation of platform architectures, processes, and configurations. Ensure all activities align with banking regulatory requirements, including TRMG and internal policies. Share knowledge with the team and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field.
• 3+ years of working experience in platform engineering, DevSecOps, SRE, cloud, or infrastructure engineering roles.
• At least 1 year of hands‑on experience in DevSecOps practices, including CI/CD pipeline automation and security integration.
• Hands‑on experience with GitOps‑based CI/CD workflows. Experience installing, configuring, and upgrading DevSecOps tools.
• Hands‑on experience with Docker and Kubernetes in production environments, including config management(Docker compose, Helm), deployment strategies, and troubleshooting.
• Working knowledge of observability tools like Prometheus, Grafana and commercial APM tools for system/application health tracking and alerting.
• Relevant certifications in cloud, container (Kubernetes, Docker), security, DevSecOps related are preferred.
• Preference for candidates with experience inagentic(context/harness/loop) engineeringand managing LLM‑based developer tools.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical information to diverse audiences.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.
• Able to multi‑task and prioritize in a high‑pressure environment.
• Ability to get results through collaboration and partnership with diverse teams.
