Our client, a well-known Japanese company is currently looking for an IT Operations Specialist (Japanese Speaking).

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary liaison with Japan Head Office for IT-related matters, ensuring clear and effective communication in Japanese.
• Provide end-user desktop support, Windows client provisioning, and account management.
• Manage and maintain operating systems: Windows 10/11 and Windows Server.
• Support and administer VMware infrastructure.
• Perform troubleshooting and issue resolution in collaboration with Head Office PIC.
• Handle requests related to Windows environments and IT operations.
• Familiarity with scripting languages such as PowerShell.
• Ensure smooth operation of Microsoft 365 services.
• Apply knowledge of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, Firewall, VPN) for system connectivity and security.
• Maintain documentation and follow IT operational best practices.
