Job summary

A leading facility services company in Singapore is seeking an IT Operations Supervisor to manage hardware, software, and vendor relationships. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in IT operations, proven troubleshooting skills, and knowledge of Active Directory migration. This role offers a dynamic work environment and standard working hours of 9am to 6pm from Monday to Friday.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in IT Operations, Infrastructure, and Security.
• Experience with enterprise-level infrastructure and security standards.
• Strong troubleshooting skills for hardware and software issues.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain CPU, laptops, printers, and door access systems.
• Prepare and execute the migration of HQ laptops to Azure Active Directory.
• Work closely with vendors for internal application management.
