We are partnering with an AI Fintech firm who is looking for a dynamic IT Operations Manager to oversee and manage group-wide IT operations. This is a hands‑on operational role responsible for ensuring stability, reliability, and efficiency of the IT infrastructure, systems, and software environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day IT operations, including infrastructure, software maintenance, and system support.
• Oversee data centers, servers, networks, and application environments to ensure stability and uptime.
• Coordinate with software development and delivery teams to ensure smooth release management and system maintenance.
• Implement and maintain IT policies, governance standards, and operational best practices.
• Work closely with regional IT teams to support local infrastructure, connectivity, and security.
• Manage vendor relationships and ensure quality of IT services and support.
• Lead incident management, root cause analysis, and service recovery efforts.
• Plan and execute IT operations budgets and capacity planning.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in IT operations, infrastructure, or technology management roles.
• Prior experience in a banking, fintech, or large enterprise IT environment is highly preferred.
