The Executive, Business Process IT Strategy and Innovation (BPIT), supports the organization’s digital transformation by leading IT strategy, infrastructure upgrades, and business process improvements at the regional level. The role is responsible for managing end-to-end IT transitions, supporting IT operations, exploring BI and AI solutions, and ensuring effective IT governance, communication, and training.
Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology/Computer Science, or any field of study
Training will be provided for entry level candidates
Knowledge in Business Process Management and Agile practices would be an added advantage
Proficient in project management methodologies and tools
Knowledgeable in process improvement software and tools
Excellent knowledge of IT solutions, new technologies and understanding technology trends
Develop and execute IT strategy aligned with business goals and technology trends
Establish IT governance frameworks, ensuring compliance, transparency, and audit readiness
Manage IT vendors, contracts, performance, and technology risks
Lead digital transformation initiatives, including digital platforms and enterprise systems
Drive data-driven enterprise initiatives, enterprise architecture roadmap, and system integration standards
Oversee IT operations, including end-user support, asset management, onboarding/offboarding, and cybersecurity awareness
Support business process management, system requirements, dashboards, reporting, and process improvement
Coordinate business analysis, service design, and offshore process/SOP migration where applicable
