Job summary

A leading hospitality organization in Singapore is looking for a dedicated IT Support professional to manage and maintain its IT infrastructure. Qualifications

Job description
Responsibilities
  1. Provide front-end and technical and department's support towards Club’s IT hardware, software, network, operating systems and infrastructure.

  2. Support in IT-related implementation, integration, migration, troubleshooting and projects.

  3. Upkeep and maintain good order of the Club’s IT assets, network/systems operations and security including back-up.

  4. Support in IT process improvements and Club’s IT new/digital projects.

  5. Support to plan, organise, control and evaluate the Club’s IT infrastructure, systems operations and security needs

  6. Provide essential technical support and problem solving on workstations and peripherals, network connections, wireless devices, printer, and office business applications

  7. Track incidents and execute improvements to avoid repeat of incident

  8. Perform effective replacements and set-up

  9. Administration of networks, firewall security and application servers

  10. Monitor systems and networks; preventive maintenance activities

  11. Maintain the Club Management System and IT systems securely and effectively.

Requirements
  • Diploma / Certificate in IT with related experience

  • Experience in Network and security

  • Able to work independently and beyond official working hours

  • Understand the demands working in a hospitality environment

  • Duty standby over the weekends and holiday is a must.
