Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in IT support, networking, or systems administration


• Experience in a manufacturing or factory environment is a plus


• Knowledge of:




• Windows OS (client & server)


• Network support (LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, routers, switches, Wi-Fi)


• PC setup and troubleshooting


• Basic server administration (Active Directory, file sharing, backup)


• IT security (antivirus, firewalls, user access control)




• Familiarity with:




• ERP/MES systems


• Printers, scanners, barcode systems




• Requirement : Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
