IT Network Security Manager (5 days, East)

Industry: Retail and trading of jewelry and luxury items

Location: Changi Business Park Vista

Responsibilities:

Manage and maintain the organization's entire network infrastructure, including LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, VPNs, firewalls, and SD-WAN.

Ensure network security through effective policy enforcement, access control, firewall management, and vulnerability assessments.

Plan and execute network upgrades, performance optimization, and capacity scaling to support business growth.

Conduct regular audits and compliance checks related to network operations and cybersecurity standards.

Troubleshoot and resolve complex network issues, and provide high-level support for critical incidents and escalations.

Support IT operations, including end-user desktop support, connectivity issues, and on-site troubleshooting for retail locations.

Collaborate with stakeholders and manage external vendors to align network services with business objectives and ensure service reliability.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Strong technical expertise in enterprise networking (routing, switching, firewalls, VPNs, wireless, SD-WAN) and network security (firewall policies, threat detection, compliance).

Relevant certifications such as CCNP, CCIE, Fortinet NSE, CISSP, or equivalent, along with hands-on experience with Cisco, Fortinet, Juniper, or similar enterprise solutions.
