Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide daily IT operational support to all users.
• Troubleshoot problems involving computers, laptops, networks, printers, and servers.
• Assist with the installation, maintenance, and management of the company’s computer network.
• Conduct preventive maintenance on computers and servers.
• Assist with installation and management of the computer network.
