Job summary

ALTROCKS TECH PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a network engineer with a diploma or degree in IT/CS or network engineering to join our IT operations team.

You will support LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, firewall, VPN, routing and switching, maintain documentation, and contribute to cybersecurity controls and IT service management.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in IT/CS/Network Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 2 years hands-on experience in enterprise network operations.
• Relevant network certifications preferred (CCNA, Fortinet NSE/FCP, CompTIA Network+).
• Experience with LAN, WAN, Wi‑Fi, firewall, VPN, routing, switching, and basic network security.
• Ability to maintain documentation and operational procedures.

• Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Network Engineering, or related discipline.
• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in enterprise network operations, preferably in a manufacturing or multi-site environment.
• Possess relevant network certification such as CCNA, Fortinet NSE/FCP, CompTIA Network+, or equivalent certification preferred.
• Experience supporting LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, firewall, VPN, routing, switching, and basic network security operations.
• Network troubleshooting, routing, switching, VLAN, DNS, DHCP, firewall, VPN, andwireless support.
• Understanding ofcybersecurity controls, change management, incident management, and IT service management practices.
• Ability to maintain network documentation, diagrams, asset records, and operational procedures.
