Job description

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the OSS team and oversee all local and global IT Infrastructure operations, ensuring systems are well-maintained and aligned with business and organizational objectives.
• Plan, coordinate, and manage deployment, lifecycle management, system support, and application maintenance for all IT infrastructure components.
• Collaborate with departments, business units, and global service managers to set priorities, drive strategies, and support company objectives within budget and resource constraints.
• Ensure quality control of system design, development, testing, deployment, documentation, and training, while establishing effective procedures and best practices.
• Support the Head of Department in budget management and maintain effective communication across global and local IT teams as part of the wider IT organization.

Requirements

• MS/BS in EE or CS with at least 5 years of IT Infrastructure experience.
• Strong communication, writing, and documentation skills.
• Proficient in Linux, Windows, and WAN/LAN technologies.
• Experience in project management, vendor management, and e-commerce–related projects.
