Job summary

Qualifications

• BA/BS in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Security or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 7+ years’ experience in IT management, information security or data governance, ideally across multiple markets or business units.
• Experience with AI tool risk assessment, data leakage, prompt injection and access controls.

Responsibilities

• Own IT infrastructure and security policy group-wide across regional markets and delivery hubs.
• Manage enterprise AI tool licensing, access controls, and usage monitoring.
• Build and maintain AI policy with human-in-the-loop safeguards and tool usage reporting standards.
• Develop data privacy policy ensuring privacy compliance across tools and platforms.
• Set data governance standards for country and account teams to implement locally.
• Ensure compliant across client relationships including data residency and cross-border transfers.
• Evaluate new AI tools with the AI Strategy & Implementation Manager and maintain tool-agnostic governance.
• Manage security incidents and access provisioning across a distributed multi-market team.
• Serve as central point of contact for client security and compliance audits.
• Maintain and audit data governance and security across external tools.

Role Summary:

Own our regional-wide governance layer: data security, AI tool compliance and the audit trail clients need before trusting our embedded teams inside their tools, data and AI environments. Based in Singapore, you'll set the standards every market follows.

Role:

• Own IT infrastructure and security policy group-wide, across all regional markets and delivery hubs
• Manage enterprise AI tool and enterprise tool licensing, access controls and usage monitoring across all embedded teams
• Build and maintain the company AI policy, including human-in-the-loop safeguards, workflow audits and tool usage reporting standards, applied consistently across every client account
• Build and maintain the company’s data privacy policy, ensuring data privacy compliance across all tools and platforms
• Set data governance standards for country and account teams to implement locally across India, Singapore and other APAC delivery hubs
• Own group-level compliance across enterprise client relationships, including data residency, cross-border data transfer and client-specific security requirements
• Partner with the AI Strategy & Implementation Manager to evaluate new AI tools before they enter the tested toolset, maintaining tool-agnostic governance as new tools are added
• Manage security incidents, as well as access provisioning and revocation, across a distributed, multi-market talent bench
• Act as the central point of contact for client security and compliance audits across all accounts
• Maintain and audit data governance and security across all external tools

You:

• BA/BS degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Security or a related field, or equivalent experience
• 7+ years’ experience in IT management, information security or data governance, ideally operating across multiple markets or business units
• Working knowledge of AI tool risk assessment, including prompt injection, data leakage and model access controls
• Proven experience building group-wide policy that is implemented consistently across regional or country teams
• Comfortable acting as the governance backbone for a fast-moving, embedded-team business model at scale
• Prior experience in a services, agency or in-house marketing environment is a plus
