A leading IT solutions provider in Singapore is seeking an experienced IT Operations Manager to oversee IT infrastructure and support operations. The ideal candidate will manage projects, lead the IT team, and ensure compliance with cybersecurity standards. A diploma/degree in Information Systems or related fields is required, along with 3-5 years of experience in IT operations. Job description

Responsible for the operations, backup and maintenance of all IT Infrastructure and operations.

Plan and manage IT budget and projects to ensure timely and quality delivery.

Manage in-house IT team and vendors to provide quality support for all business units.

Establish & review IT policies and procedures including risks, cybersecurity and data protection.

Assist in IT solutions and applications for business enhancement and development purposes.

Conduct end user training when required.

Manage procurement requests for IT equipment and services and oversee IT asset management.

Continually review company's Digital Transformation roadmap in accordance with the evolving technology landscape and assist business units on feasibility study and solution evaluation.

Any other ad-hoc assignments assigned by the Management.

Job Requirements:

A diploma/degree in Information Systems/Technology, Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or related discipline.

3 - 5 years’ working experience in IT infrastructure operations end user support.

Good communication, verbal, written and presentation skills.

Knowledge and experience on Cyber Trust Mark and ISO27001.

Experience in AWS, Microsoft Dynamics NAV/Business Central and TimeSoft is preferred.
