Responsibilities

• Lead the Operation Service Support (OSS) team and oversee all global and local IT infrastructure activities.
• Collaborate with departments, sections, and site managers to achieve company objectives.
• Supervise and mentor team members, ensuring appropriate training and development.
• Support the Head of Department in managing and controlling IT infrastructure budgets.
• Ensure systems are reliable, well-maintained, and cost-effective.
• Define and prioritize local IT infrastructure initiatives aligned with business and global goals.
• Partner with Global Service Managers to implement global IT strategies.
• Maintain effective communication within the IT-International organization.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Minimum 6 years of experience in IT infrastructure management.
• Strong knowledge of Linux (SuSE), Windows, and WAN/LAN environments.
• Proven experience in project management, vendor management, and e-commerce projects.
