Job description
Overview

As an IT Infrastructure Manager at Pinnacle Credit Services, you will be a key contributor to the design, development and deployment of our software systems. This role requires a strong technical foundation, leadership skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities
  • Assist to develop, test and implement new software programs
  • Assist in the integration testing, system testing, User Acceptance Test (UAT) and implementation to fix the reported problems bugs of system in production
  • Analyse user requirements and convert requirements to design documents
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives, focusing on software scalability, maintainability and performance optimization
  • To install and maintain company hardware and software
  • Troubleshoot, repair and configure hardware and software systems
  • Perform updates of operating system and firmware to the required hardware
  • Ensure the service and system is returned to an operational state as soon as possible
  • Familiar with the risks and hazards within the activities, processes of the role and procedures, practices and measures in place to mitigate the risks
  • Ensure that all appliances are in compliance with our standards and security measures
  • Participate and actively support company activities
  • Ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements
  • Candidate must possess at least a Degree or Diploma in Computer Science / Information Technology or equivalent
  • Required Skills: C#, .NET, WordPress, VBA, MS Office
  • A good team player and always willing to explore new technologies
  • Any programming projects would be an advantage
