The IT Maintenance Engineer will focus on maintaining and supporting the IT infrastructure, ensuring high availability, system integrity, and compliance with cybersecurity standards.

  • Conducting root cause analysis for technical issues.

  • Managing configuration, asset, and change management processes.
  • Regular maintenance reports, including preventive and corrective tasks performed.
  • Documentation of root cause analyses and resolution of technical issues.
  • Records of system and cybersecurity patches applied.
  • Reports on participation in tech refresh activities.
  • Updated records for configuration, asset, and change management.
  • To manage network protocols, routing, switching, and firewall configurations.
  • To work with teams across Divisions to recover faults and perform post event analysis.
  • To support Department Manager in ensuring recovery times are met to achieve 24/7 readiness requirements.
