Job summary

A leading outsourcing solutions provider in Singapore is seeking an experienced individual for the Inventory & Warehouse Management position. Responsibilities include overseeing IT hardware inventory, coordinating logistics for user deployments, and managing the asset lifecycle from procurement to disposal. The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of experience in IT logistics and strong skills in asset management tools and Excel. This role requires physical capability for handling equipment and excellent communication skills.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of relevant experience required.
• Hands-on experience with IT asset management tools and proficiency in Excel.
• Ability to undertake physical tasks involving lifting or moving equipment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end‑to‑end inventory operations for IT hardware.
• Plan and schedule equipment deliveries for user deployment.
• Support imaging teams with device handover and collection.
• Maintain asset records using inventory systems.
• Work closely with IT operations, vendors, and project managers.

Skills

3–5 years of experience in IT logistics, warehouse operations, or IT asset management

Strong understanding of device lifecycle

Hands-on experience with IT asset management tools

Strong proficiency in Excel

Good communication and coordination skills

Knowledge of process improvement methodologies
