Your role

What You’ll Do

• Deliver IT and Logistics initiatives, ensuring top-notch day to day support for end users, including VIPs and senior executives
• Deliver Level 1 & 2 service desk support, efficiently resolving incidents and requests while maintaining high user satisfaction
• Manage and support technology including PCs, trading phones, VMs, mobile devices, printers, Windows OS, Microsoft365, VDI, and Workspace One
• Maintain IT and Logistics inventory, implement security updates, and manage systems and accounts for Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI), Workspace One, Active Directory, and print services
• Drive projects across IT, Logistics, and Facilities, including onboarding / offboarding, workspace reconfigurations, and operational improvements
• Oversee facility maintenance – lighting, HVAC, electrical systems, cleaning, fire safety, and asset management – ensuring a safe and efficient workplace
• Take ownership of ad‑hoc IT and Logistics initiatives that support organizational goals

Your profile

Who You Are

• You hold a Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Computer Science, IT, or a related field, with at least 5 years of experience
• You have hands‑on expertise with VDI, Workspace One, Windows OS, M365, video conferencing tools, and mobility devices
• You thrive in supporting VIPs and senior leadership, delivering exceptional service and building strong relationships
• A collaborative team player with a growth mindset, you excel in problem‑solving, innovation, and independent execution
• You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with strong analytical and troubleshooting capabilities under pressure
• Fluency in English is essential; Mandarin is a plus
