Inventory & Warehouse Management

• Oversee end-to-end inventory operations for IT hardware (laptops, desktops, monitors, peripherals, etc.).
• Maintain accurate stock levels through regular audits, cycle counts, and system updates.
• Implement proper labeling, tagging, and storage processes to ensure asset traceability.
• Manage inbound and outbound equipment flow, ensuring timely processing and documentation.

Logistics Coordination

• Plan and schedule equipment deliveries for user deployment or project needs.
• Coordinate with courier services, warehouse teams, and deployment technicians.
• Ensure proper packaging, safe transport, and secure handling of devices.
• Manage RMA processes, returns, and replacement tracking.

Asset Lifecycle Management

• Support imaging teams with device handover and collection.
• Track devices through their lifecycle—from procurement to deployment, return, and disposal.
• Assist in end‑of‑life planning, decommissioning, and e‑waste disposal compliance.

Systems & Documentation

• Maintain accurate asset records using ITSM/CMDB or inventory systems.
• Prepare regular logistics reports (stock status, inbound/outbound flow, shrinkage, trends).
• Ensure compliance with audit, security, and data sanitation requirements.
• Document standard operating procedures (SOPs) for logistics processes.

Stakeholder Coordination

• Work closely with IT operations, procurement, imaging teams, vendors, and project managers.
• Support large tech refresh programs or mass deployment activities.

Technical Requirement

Essential Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in IT logistics, warehouse operations, or IT asset management.
• Strong understanding of device lifecycle, asset tagging, imaging workflow, and deployment processes.
• Hands‑on experience with IT asset management tools (ServiceNow, or similar)
• Strong proficiency in Excel and inventory reporting.
• Ability to handle physical tasks (lifting, moving boxes/equipment).
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Knowledge of process improvement methodologies and tools.
• Understanding of Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
