Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience in IT or a related field.
• Experience supporting VIPs and senior leadership.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Deliver seamless IT and Logistics initiatives for end users.
• Provide Level 1 & 2 service desk support.
• Manage IT and Logistics inventory and security updates.
• Drive projects related to IT and Facilities.
