Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Proficient in core business processes of IT projects and operations.
• Familiar with IT management frameworks such as ITIL, ISO20000, and ISO27000.
• Solid understanding of infrastructure operations and demand analysis.
• Hands-on infrastructure experience.
• Experience in workflow and process optimization related to IT operations.
• Strong interpersonal skills in communication and negotiation.
• Knowledge of infrastructure project implementation and management.
• Experience in multinational companies.
• 3 years of experience in team management is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Provide Level 2 on-site technical support and infrastructure project management.
• Monitor and improve IT operations management processes.
• Align infrastructure operations with digital transformation goals.
• Lead and coordinate with Headquarters for troubleshooting.
• Enforce safety regulations and compliance procedures.
• Design, implement, and optimize workflows.
• Manage internal and external communication channels.
• Participate in discussions on digital strategy.
