Job summary

A leading IT services company in Singapore is seeking an experienced IT Infrastructure Manager to lead the Operation Service Support team. You will oversee all global and local IT infrastructure activities, collaborate with various departments, and ensure systems are reliable and cost-effective. The ideal candidate has a minimum of 6 years of experience in IT infrastructure management, strong knowledge of Linux and Windows, and excellent communication skills.

• Supervise and mentor team members, ensuring appropriate training and development.
• Support the Head of Department in managing and controlling IT infrastructure budgets.
• Ensure systems are reliable, well-maintained, and cost-effective.
• Define and prioritize local IT infrastructure initiatives aligned with business and global goals.
• Partner with Global Service Managers to implement global IT strategies.
• Maintain effective communication within the IT-International organization.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Minimum 6 years of experience in IT infrastructure management.
• Strong knowledge of Linux (SuSE), Windows, and WAN/LAN environments.
• Proven experience in project management, vendor management, and e-commerce projects.
• Excellent communication, writing, and documentation skills.
