Our client is seeking a IT Infrastructure Lead (Manufacturing) to join their team!

What you'll be doing?

Manage OSS Team: Oversee the Operation Service Support team and all IT Infrastructure activities.

Collaborate with Departments: Work with other sections, departments, and site managers to achieve company goals.

Supervise Team Members: Guide and train team members, ensuring they have the necessary skills.

Budget Management: Assist in managing and controlling IT Infrastructure budgets.

System Maintenance: Ensure all systems are functioning well and are maintained effectively.

Set Priorities: Jointly set local IT Infrastructure priorities considering business needs and global objectives.

Global Strategy Execution: Formulate and execute local IT Infrastructure strategies in alignment with global objectives.

International Communication: Be part of the IT-International organization and ensure effective communication with other sites.

Who are they looking for?

Educational Background: MS/BS in Electronic Engineer or Computer Science, with at least 6 years of IT Infrastructure experience.

Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively and establish best practices.

Technical Knowledge: Proficiency in LINUX (SuSE), Windows, WAN/LAN, and project management.

Experience: Experience in a 24x7 manufacturing environment.

Other Information:

Working Hours: Mon to Fri, 8am-5:30pm

Company transport pick up at Jurong/ Hougang/ AMK/ Woodlands

Salary: $6000 - $7800, with AWS
