Job summary

Millipede Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking an IT & Information Security Manager to own our ISO/IEC 27001 ISMS and overall corporate IT environment. The role combines hands-on IT administration with governance, risk management and security policy implementation.

You will work with Management, Engineering and HR, manage JumpCloud, MFA, devices, and vendor security, and drive security awareness across the organisation.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in IT, cybersecurity, or information systems.
• Around 2 years of IT administration, information security or governance experience.
• Hands-on IAM, endpoint management and SaaS administration.
• ISO 27001 knowledge is a plus but not required; independent worker.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain ISO/IEC 27001 ISMS, including audits and policy controls.
• Coordinate certification and surveillance audits with external auditors.
• Manage JumpCloud, user access, MFA, devices and endpoint security.
• Handle employee IT onboarding/offboarding and access reviews.
• Maintain IT assets, software, access and security registers.
• Review new software/SaaS requests and assess vendor security.
• Manage corporate SaaS accounts, licences and admin access.
• Coordinate vulnerability assessments, pen testing and remediation.
• Support incident management and security awareness activities.
• Provide day-to-day IT support and document IT/security procedures.
• Collaborate with HR, Management and Engineering on IT matters.

About the role

Millipede is looking for an IT & Information Security Manager to take ownership of our corporate IT environment, information security programme and ISO/IEC 27001 Information Security Management System (ISMS).

This role will be responsible for maintaining secure and effective IT operations across the organisation, managing access and endpoint controls, coordinating security and compliance activities, and ensuring that information security requirements are embedded into our day-to-day operations.

The successful candidate will work closely with Management, Engineering, HR and external security partners. This is a hands-on role suited for someone comfortable both administering IT systems and driving information security governance.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and maintain the company's ISO/IEC 27001 ISMS, including audits, risk assessments, policies, controls and compliance documentation.
• Coordinate certification and surveillance audits with external auditors and consultants.
• Manage JumpCloud, user access, MFA, devices and endpoint security.
• Manage employee IT onboarding/offboarding and access reviews.
• Maintain IT assets, software, access and security registers.
• Review new software/SaaS requests and conduct vendor security assessments.
• Manage corporate SaaS accounts, licences and administrative access.
• Coordinate vulnerability assessments, penetration testing and remediation.
• Support information security incident management and security awareness activities.
• Provide day-to-day corporate IT support and maintain IT/security procedures.
• Work closely with HR, Management and Engineering on IT and security matters.

Required Skills

• Diploma/Degree in IT, Cybersecurity, Information Systems or related field.
• 2 years' experience in IT administration, information security or IT governance.
• Hands-on experience with IAM, endpoint management and SaaS administration.
• Strong understanding of access control, risk management and information security practices.
• ISO 27001 or cybersecurity certifications are advantageous but not required.
• Able to work independently and manage IT/security matters end-to-end.

Good to have

• Experience implementing or maintaining ISO/IEC 27001.
• Experience with JumpCloud and Google Workspace is advantageous.
