A leading IT support company in Singapore is looking for a dedicated support technician. The role involves providing off-site support, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring excellent customer satisfaction. Candidates should have a minimum of Nitec in any discipline and knowledge of Windows OS and Active Directory. Strong communication skills and a passion for technology are essential for this role.

Qualifications

  • Min Nitec in any disciplines.
  • Knowledge in Windows OS, Active Directory Account Administration, MS Outlook, mobile devices support.
  • Experience in providing customer support and incident tracking.

Responsibilities

  • Provides off-site support to end-users with good customer satisfaction.
  • Be available to take calls.
  • Provide first level support to troubleshoot and solve technical problems.
  • Provide timely, effective service to resolve problems.
  • Prompt response to queries via voicemail/email/fax.
  • Accurate assessment/resolution of problems.
  • Incident tracking and trouble call resolution.
  • Coordination for user account administration.
  • Receive and answer all users' IT service requests.

Responsibilities:
  • Provides off-site support to end-users (from healthcare environment) with good customer satisfaction
  • Be available to take calls
  • Provide first level support to troubleshoot and solve technical problems
  • To provide accessible, timely, effective, efficient, and professional quality service to resolve problems and to delight
  • Prompt response to queries via voicemail / email / fax
  • Accurate assessment/ resolution of problems
  • Incident tracking and first & second level resolution for all trouble calls, including those related to desktop, LAN, centralized infrastructure, Wide Area Network, and voice services related service requests
  • Coordination for employee user account administration, activation, changes, and terminations
  • Receive and answer all users' IT service request calls
