Job summary

A technology solutions provider located in Singapore is looking for a technical support specialist. In this role, you will provide first point of contact support for client end users, manage IT hardware and software configurations, and troubleshoot a variety of systems including meeting room AV. Strong coordination with the client's IT department is essential to ensure smooth operations and upgrades. Candidate must have experience in technical support and knowledge of IT management tools.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the first point of contact for client end users.
  • Support meeting room AV systems and troubleshoot related issues.
  • Manage daily helpdesk operations from case inception to completion.
  • Monitor and update Client IT Asset Management System.
  • Install and troubleshoot both Windows and non-Windows applications.

Job description

Serving as the first point of contact for Client end users seeking technical assistance over phone, email, MS team and ticketing system and updating all cases reported into the Client ticketing system.

To configure, install, support, and maintain IT hardware and software PCs, laptops, and mobile devices, printer/copiers. Windows operating systems, applications software.

  1. To support Meeting Room Tablet, Projector, Telephone, Cabling and Audio Video (AV) System.
  2. Records events and problems and resolutions in Client ticketing system.
  3. Coordinates with Client IT Department to plan and implement software upgrade and OS installation or hardware tech refresh on PCs, laptop, and mobile devices.
  4. Day to day management of the helpdesk dealing with cases from inception to competition.
  5. Required to monitor and update Client IT Asset Management System.
  6. Requirement to attend Client end-users within Client premises.
  7. Client IT Environment require support is inclusive of: -
  • Install and troubleshoot Windows & No Windows Applications
