Job summary

A technology solutions provider based in Singapore is seeking an IT support personnel who will assist end-users with their OA environment including troubleshooting. Candidates must hold a diploma and have at least 1 year of experience in the IT environment. Responsibilities
  • The personnel will be the contact point from end-users when they have a question/trouble with their OA environment (Windows 10, Active Directory, File server, SharePoint, Internet/Intranet access etc.).
  • This personnel will do the 1st troubleshooting and if needed, elevate to IT members or System PIC.
  • Some BAU task will be assigned depending on the skillset and resource availability.
  • Also, domain account lockout, PC setup task etc. may be assigned. (However, the IT head is concerned about giving a strong permission in terms of audit)
Requirements

  • Experience in helpdesk environment will be advantegeous.
  • Minimum 1 year experience in the IT environment.
