Job summary

MICHAEL PAGE (PERSONNEL) PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks a senior IT & Cybersecurity leader to own technology governance, cybersecurity oversight, and vendor management.

You will report to senior management and drive MAS TRM compliance, policy development, and governance documentation, while overseeing outsourced IT providers and major vendors. The role entails presenting risk and performance updates to leadership, shaping strategic technology initiatives, and ensuring strong security postures

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead IT governance, cybersecurity, and technology risk management framework.

• Oversee service delivery, patching, incidents, and SLA performance.
• Ensure MAS TRM compliance and internal security standards.
• Conduct cyber risk assessments and third-party risk reviews.
• Develop and maintain technology policies and governance docs.
• Present updates to senior stakeholders and support tech initiatives.

Job Description

Reporting directly to senior management, this position serves as the primary internal owner of technology governance, cybersecurity oversight, and vendor management.Key responsibilities include:

• Lead the organisation'sIT governance, cybersecurity,andtechnology risk managementframework.
• Act as the primary stakeholder to manageoutsourced IT service providersandkey technology vendors.
• Oversee vendor's service delivery, infrastructure operations, system upgrades, patch management, incident management, and IT performance against agreed service levels.
• Ensure compliance with MAS Technology Risk Management (TRM) Guidelines, Cyber Hygiene requirements, and internal security standards.
• Conduct cyber risk assessments, third-party risk reviews, control effectiveness testing, and security governance activities.
• Develop, maintain, and enhance technology policies, standards, procedures, and governance documentation.
• Present technology, cybersecurity, risk, and vendor performance updates to senior stakeholders and support strategic technology initiatives.

The Successful Applicant

A successful IT & Cybersecurity professional should have:

• Strong understanding of MAS Technology Risk Management Guidelines andCyber Hygiene requirements.
• Demonstrated experience managing outsourced IT environments, Managed Service Providers (MSPs), and external technology vendors.
• Experience conducting vendor due diligence, technology risk assessments, and security reviews.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with experience engaging senior management and board-level audiences.
